I agree that I am over the age of 18 and that the recipient of the goods is also over the age of 18.

I agree that any products that are purchased from All Night Nangs will be used only in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.

I agree that I do not intend on inhaling this product nor will I will distribute this product to anyone who intends to inhale it.

I agree I will not distribute this product to any person(s) under the age of 18. I acknowledge that All Night Nangs is not liable for any misuse of goods and that any evidence of misuse will result in All Night Nangs terminating the sale and/or restricting future sales.

I agree that All Night Nangs may ask to see proof of age before delivering goods and refusal to display valid photo identification will result in the transaction being cancelled.

I understand and agree that cancelling my order will result in a store credit to be used in your next order. If you wish to receive a refund an admin fee of $50 will be charged. If you are uncontactable or verbally abusive your order will be cancelled. Delivery fee and $50 admin fee will be deducted from your refund

All Night Nangs aims to deliver within 60 minutes however during extreme peak times it can be delayed. Please note we always work as fast as possible to ensure all orders can be delivered in a reasonable timeframe

I agree that the brand of cream chargers may vary from advertised. I agree that All Night Nangs may send related offers to my email address and/or mobile device.
